I love that my job as a Personal Trainer enables me to help people both physically and mentally, whilst giving them the tools they need to live a more healthy and prosperous life ticking off personal bests and goals along the way.

The training styles that are prescribed are based solely of the persons’ body composition and goals. With my knowledge of physiology and the fully equipped facilities at Price Fitness I am confident that whatever the goal may be we have everything we need to get you to where you want to be.
