Price Fitness has been running the YouthFit program for the past 2 years. We offer both girls and boys programs, catering for students from grades 5 to 12. We structure our programming around the School terms, ensuring students enjoy good periodisation to their training and learn the importance of rest and recovery. We currently have 18 students from various schools in our YouthFit program.
Our session programming incorporates weight training, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), boxing, speed & agility & functional strength.
Our trainers insist on the fundamentals and enjoy teaching our students correct form and technique to minimise the risk of injury.
